2. The Australian Privacy Principles
We are bound by the thirteen Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) set out in Schedule 1 of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). The APPs govern how Australian organisations may collect, use, store, disclose and otherwise handle personal information. This policy describes how we comply with each relevant APP in our day-to-day operations.

Where it is practical, we collect personal information directly from you. 6. Direct marketing
We may use your contact details to send you information about our services where we reasonably believe you would expect to receive such communications or you have opted in. Every marketing communication will include a simple way to opt out. If you ask us not to send you marketing material, we will stop, and we will not use your personal information for direct marketing purposes you have objected to.
7. Disclosure of personal information
We may disclose personal information to:
- Our professional advisers, such as accountants, auditors and legal advisers, where reasonably necessary;
- Technology service providers who host our website, email and data systems, some of which may be located outside Australia;
- Third parties where you have authorised the disclosure; and

Where personal information is disclosed to a service provider located overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure that the recipient handles that information in accordance with the APPs, including through contractual safeguards.
8. Data quality, security and retention
We take reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information we collect is accurate, complete and up to date. We hold personal information in secure electronic systems and apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect it against misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including to meet legal, accounting and record-keeping requirements. When personal information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify it in a secure manner.
9. Access to and correction of your personal information
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct information that is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading. To make a request, email ceo@inxpectai.space with details of your request. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
We will generally provide access free of charge. If a fee applies (for example, where a request is unusually complex or resource-intensive), we will notify you before proceeding. If we refuse to provide access or make a correction, we will give you written reasons for our decision and information about how you may complain.

Analytics data collected via cookies is generally aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
11. Anonymity and pseudonymity
Where it is lawful and practicable, you may deal with us anonymously or using a pseudonym, for example when making a general enquiry about our services. However, in most cases we will need at least basic contact details to provide a quote or deliver services effectively.
12. Overseas transfer of personal information
Some of our service providers, such as cloud hosting and email platforms, may store or process data on servers located outside Australia. Before transferring personal information overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure the recipient does not breach the APPs in respect of that information, consistent with APP 8.
13. Notifiable data breaches
In the event of an eligible data breach involving personal information we hold, we will comply with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This includes assessing the breach and, where required, notifying affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) as soon as practicable.
14. Complaints and feedback
If you believe we have breached the APPs or mishandled your personal information, please lodge a complaint by emailing ceo@inxpectai.space. Please include details of the incident so we can investigate properly.
We will acknowledge your complaint promptly and aim to resolve it within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate the matter to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner:
